ICALP is the flagship conference and annual meeting of the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science. It was launched in 1972 and covers the breadth of theoretical computer science.
The scientific programme is traditionally organized around two main tracks: Algorithms, Complexity, and Games, and Automata, Logic, Semantics, and Theory of Programming. Typical topics include algorithms, automata theory, computational complexity, logic, semantics, verification, type systems, models of computation, and related areas.
Recent editions include London 2026, Aarhus 2025, Tallinn 2024, Paderborn 2023, and Paris 2022.
It is our great pleasure to cordially invite the ICALP community to ICALP 2027, hosted by Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland.
The conference will be held on 5–9 July 2027 in one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant academic cities. We look forward to bringing together researchers, students, and colleagues from across the theoretical computer science community for an inspiring week of talks, discussions, and collaboration.
We warmly look forward to welcoming you to Kraków for ICALP 2027.
